Fellworth Farm, Bundanoon NSW
Stay with the horses
A rare opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and spend time in the company of horses on our working farm in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales.
A different kind of retreat
Fellworth Farm sits on 100 acres of rolling Southern Highlands countryside, just 90 minutes south of Sydney. It is home to our herd of horses, native bush, open paddocks, and a deep, unhurried quiet that is increasingly rare to find.
The farm borders the magnificent Morton State Forest, and mobs of kangaroos move freely across the property — a gentle reminder that you are somewhere truly special. Picnic by the creek, explore the hiking trails that wind through breathtaking scenery, or simply sit and watch the light change over the paddocks. And when night falls, the Southern Highlands sky puts on a show all of its own — the stars here are so vivid and so close that no telescope is needed. Just step outside, look up, and let the universe do the rest.
When you feel like venturing out, the historic village of Bundanoon is moments away for a morning coffee, while Moss Vale and Bowral — with their galleries, gardens, and restaurants — are just 15 minutes by car.
Our farmstay is not a resort. It is an invitation to step out of the noise of modern life and into something more elemental — mornings with the horses, evenings by the fire, and the kind of rest that only comes from being truly present in nature.
Guests are welcome to join daily horse care, walk the property, and book optional healing sessions with Melanie during their stay. This is a place to arrive as you are and leave feeling more like yourself.
